ST. GEORGE, UT - ZooMobile Alliances announces that William Vincent, Sr. Attorney-at-Law has been hired as Corporate General Counsel. He started his new position effective October 1, 2008.
William Vincent, Sr. is a native of Georgia and is a Lecturer of Management & Business Law at Mercer University. Previously he was an Assistant Professor of Business Law and Management & Entrepreneurship at Oglethorpe University, Georgia State University and Kennesaw State University and a guest lecturer and research associate for Goizueta School of Business at Emory University. He has over 30 years of experience as an attorney for the Governor of the State of Georgia, with one of the nation’s largest law firms.
He is the Co-Author of the books, The Network Expansion Conflict Handbook Developing A Successful Solution and Achieving Wealth Through Franchising. ZooMobile Alliances Announces the Acquisition of New Office Space
ST. GEORGE,UT- ZooMobile Alliances in pleased to announce the addition of roughly 6,000 square feet of office space on south Bluff Street in Saint George, Utah. This addition will bring ZMA to over 40,000 total square feet of combined retail, office and warehouse space in Washington County alone.
Located on the third floor of the Chiniquy Center, the newly acquired space will serve as a home for the Company’s Board of Directors. The Chiniquy Center is a location with the prestige and class that the public has come to expect from ZooMobile Alliances and is a large enough facility to serve the board’s needs for the foreseeable future. “This new space is evidence of ZooMobile Alliance’s continued growth and expansion, even in these difficult economic times,” said Adam Schweitzer, a member of the Company’s Senior Board.
The company would also like to announce the opening of its expansion of its office block in the Tonaquint Area. The additional space has become home to ZMA’s clerical and administration staff. The new Tonaquint offices consist of approximately 7,000 square feet.

ZooMobile Alliances Expands Operations in Tonaquint Hills Retail Center
ST. GEORGE, UT— ZooMobile Alliances owner Edmund Wilson recently signed a lease on 6,840 sq. ft. of retail space in the Tonaquint Hills Retail center located at 1506 Silicon Way in St. George. This space is in addition to the existing 7,156 square feet ZooMobile Alliances companies currently occupy in the same retail location. The new space occupying suites 2B and 2C will be home to Wireless Acquisitions and another soon to be named company. Wireless Acquisitions, occupying suite 2B, will offer state of the art GPS tracking devices for vehicle and individual tracking as well as other advanced wireless and cellular products and services. Operating in suite 2C will be a company featuring premium, high-end precast planters, fountains, statuary, furniture and architectural collections and elements for home, business and municipal settings created by Home Enhancers. Both new businesses will be open by mid-June.
Home Enhancers Adds David Talley as Territory Manager
ST. GEORGE, UT—Home Enhancers LLC, is pleased to announce the addition of David Talley as Territory Manager. David previously worked in sales for Stephen Wade Power Sports where he consistently ranked at the top in sales and was awarded Salesperson of the Month. In addition to his talents in sales, David has a strong entrepreneurial spirit having successfully started his own business which he was able to sell to a major national company. ST. GEORGE, UT—Children and adults gathered along Dixie Drive in anticipation of Santa’s arrival via helicopter to kick off the Grand Opening of Tonaquint Hills Retail Center. Tonaquint Dental, My Preschool Adventures, ZooMobile, Little River Gallery & Silver, The Getaway Salon and Spa, Interior Concepts and Vior’s Italian Bakery & Deli offered prizes throughout the event. A lunch was provided by Vior’s. The Grand Prize, a 37-inch High Definition plasma screen television, was awarded to Wiley McArthur, of St. George.

ST. GEORGE, UT—ZooMobile, Inc., a local St. George company, joined in the true spirit of Christmas by donating 100 toys to the Coins for Kids campaign. “Coins for Kids is a great organization and this is just one of many ways we try to give back to our community as part of our Community Impact Campaign,” said Adam Schweitzer, Operations Manager. ZooMobile, located at 1506 Silicon Way Suite 3A in St.George, also donated over 100 turkeys to various non-profit groups during Thanksgiving and created a poster campaign to encourage students to end profanity in local schools. Brian Musso, a Coins for Kids volunteer, was on hand to accept the toys. Coins for Kids, a local charity started in 1990, will help over 2000 children this Christmas season.
